Dzmitry Urbanovich
Dzmitry Urbanovich

Dzmitry Urbanovich raised to 2,000 from under the gun, and was called by a player in middle position. The button three-bet to 8,500 and both Urbanovich and the middle position player called.

After the {8-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{6-Clubs} flop fell, Urbanovich took the lead and bet 12,500. Both of his opponents folded, and Urbanovich took down the pot.

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Ryan Laplante
Ryan Laplante

Action checked to Ryan Laplante on the button, and facing a {7-Spades}{8-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} flop, he fired 6,600. The big blind check-raised to 13,600, and after another player folded, Laplante set his opponent all in for his last 40,000 total. The big blind snap-called.

Opponent: {j-Hearts}{9-Clubs}
Ryan Laplante: {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts}

Laplante's set was looking to avoid a ten to earn the knockout, and the {k-Clubs} turn and {4-Diamonds} river did just that.

Blum Doubles Through Loeser

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

With a board showing {j-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{4-Hearts} and roughly 16,000 already in the middle, Cory Blum was faced with an all in bet from Manig Loeser and after some careful consideration, Blum called for less.

Manig Loeser: {6-Hearts}{5-Hearts}
Cory Blum: {j-Clubs}{9-Clubs}

Loeser was open-ended but wasn't able to get there as the river fell the {q-Hearts} and Blum got a much needed double up.

Jeff Gross
Jeff Gross

There was well over 50,000 in the middle already and the full {k-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{6-Spades}{k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} board was on the table when Jeff Gross bet 30,000 with 28,300 behind.

The player two to his left put 70,100 in the middle as an all in bet. Gross went into the tank and eventually got the clock called on him by the player on his direct left. Gross ended up folding {j-}{j-} face up and the pot was pushed to his opponent.

Martin Chops with Nine-High

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

With the board reading {10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{a-Spades}, it was just the two blinds left in the hand. There was around 39,000 in the middle already and Kevin Martin checked from the small blind. Michael Monroig tossed in a bet of 21,000 from the big blind and Martin called.

The {7-Hearts} paired the board on the river and Martin checked again. Monroig checked it back and was cheering for a specific hand. "I hope you have eight-six of spades."

Martin tabled {9-Spades}{8-Spades} for a missed straight and flush draw but Monroig held {9-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} for the same hand to chop the pot.
