Rudelitz Showers Player With Queens

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

A player shoved all in for 138,000 from the hijack and action folded around to Enrico Rudelitz, who gave him action from the small blind.

Hijack: {a-Clubs}{7-Spades}
Enrico Rudelitz: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}

Rudelitz found himself in a dominating position and things only got better on the {k-Spades}{2-Spades}{q-Diamonds} flop, giving his opponent nothing but backdoor outs to hit a straight or flush. The {4-Hearts} fell on the turn, leaving his opponent drawing dead before the meaningless river {7-Diamonds} came and the dealer shipped him the pot.

Siffledeen Shows the Bluff

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Quentin Siffledeen raised to 32,000 in middle position and Johann Ibanez three-bet to 85,000 on the button. Siffledeen called and the dealer spread the flop of {k-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}. Siffledeen checked to Ibanez who continued for 54,000 and Siffledeen called.

The turn was the {9-Spades} and Siffledeen check-called another bet of 95,000 from Ibanez. The river brought the {k-Diamonds} and Siffledeen led out for 175,000. Ibanez laid his hand down and Siffledeen showed {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts} before raking in the pot.

Dodge Gets Out Of The Way

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Ryan Dodge
Ryan Dodge

The full board of {a-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{4-Spades}{7-Spades} was out between Ryan Dodge, who started the day third in chips, and Jean-Robert Bellande.

With 700,000 chips in the middle already, Dodge checked to Bellande who thought before moving all in for around 800,000.

Dodge took a moment to process the bet and thought a little while longer before folding.

With the cameras rolling, the table implored Bellande to show the bluff, but an unusually quiet Bellande declined and instead tapped the table next to Dodge.

"Good fold," said Bellande.

"That Was a Beautiful Turn Card"

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

The board read {8-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and Mans Montgomery was in the process of scooping in the pot with his {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} tabled. His opponent's losing hand of {a-Hearts}{8-Hearts} was still tabled as well.

According to the table, the hand got all in on the turn. Meanwhile, Montgomery got about one-third of the way through stacking his newly collected chips.

"That was a beautiful turn card. I'll go to dinner now," he said and got up and walked away. It appears as if he has around 1.7 million, though that number will be confirmed after the dinner break.

Johnny Chan
Johnny Chan

Action for an all in and a call were announced on a flop of {2-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and Johnny Chan was all in with {8-Spades}{8-Hearts} from early position versus the {9-Hearts}{4-Hearts} of big blind Eric Froehlich.

Though Chan had a pair of eights, Froehlich had eight outs to a flush and three more to a straight. He filled up on both of them when the turn and river fell {k-Hearts}{5-Clubs}, locking in the win for "EFro" by the turn as Chan's Main Event bid was terminated right before the dinner break.

Parkes Calls Five-Bet Shove; Eliminates Opponent

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Thomas Parkes raised under the gun and the player in the hijack three-bet to 72,000, the action folded to Jaspal Brar who took some time in the big blind before mucking his hand and Parkes four-bet to 225,000. The opponent wasted no time announcing he was all-in for roughly 1,000,000 and Parkes practically beat him in the pot.

Thomas Parkes: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}

Parkes was in great shape and the flop came {q-Hearts}{10-Spades}{5-Hearts} meaning he only had to dodge a jack, and he did just that when the board completed {4-Diamonds} on the turn and the {8-Hearts} on the river.
