New Table; No Problem

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Qui Nguyen's table broke and after being moved to a new one he immediately opened to 37,000 and the button called.

The flop was {5-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{3-Spades}. Nguyen continued for 65,000 and his opponent thought before raising to 175,000. Nguyen then moved all in, covering his opponent, who shrugged and called off his 575,000 stack.

Qui Nguyen: {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}
All-in Player: {a-Spades}{j-Spades}

The turn was the {q-Hearts} and the river the {3-Clubs} as his opponent missed his flush draw and Nguyen sent him to the exit.

Maahs Makes a Comeback

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

After being down to only 10 big blinds not so long ago, Kevin Maahs found himself all in for 629,000 on the flop of {10-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{2-Spades}.

Kevin Maahs: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}
Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

Maahs was ahead on the flop with his overpair and nothing changed when the board completed with the {4-Diamonds} on the turn and the {6-Clubs} on the river doubling him up.

Average Moves Over a Million

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Each and every one of the 8,569 players that entered the 2019 World Series of Poker Main Event received 60,000 chips. Now, with fewer than 500 players remaining, the average has just moved over the one million mark, currently standing at 1,002,000.

That equates to 63 big blinds with three hours left in the day.

Sammartino Busts Delgado

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

In a battle of the blinds, Marcelo Delgado open-shoved for 240,000 and Dario Sammartino called in the big blind over on the main feature table.

Marcelo Delgado: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
Dario Sammartino: {a-Spades}{9-Hearts}

Sammartino improved to a pair of nines on the {9-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{4-Spades} flop, and the {3-Hearts} turn and {5-Clubs} on the river failed to keep Delgado in contention.

Su Rises Over 5 Million

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Su led out for 118,000 and his opponent clicked it back with a raise to 325,000. Su thought for a minute before announcing all in and dropping in one of his stacks of 100,000 chips. His opponent had around 650,000 behind but elected to save it for another hand.
