Kao "flexxible" Saechao opened for 10,000 from the cutoff and Jerod "WhiskeyDeck" Smith three-bet to 40,000 from the button, leaving himself with just 467 behind.

Peter "papichulo" Park called from the small blind and action folded back to Saechao who mucked his hand.

Once the flop appeared, Park led out for 5,000 and Smith called off his stack.

Smith woke up with aces at the perfect time and the turn followed by the river secured his double-up.

Hellmuth was racing for his tournament and the flop gave both players straight draws.

The turn appeared the completing Hellmuth's straight while also giving Hammouda top set.

Hammouda needed the board to pair on the river and it did, as the appeared giving him a full house but it also gave Hellmuth the straight flush to win the hand.

WSOP Legend: Jeff Lisandro Wins Three Stud Bracelets in One Year

The 2009 World Series of Poker stood out in history for several things. It was the second year of the now-defunct November Nine, when Joe Cada became the youngest-ever world champion at 21 after defeating Maryland logger Darvin Moon heads-up. Phil Ivey finished seventh in the event, ensuring massive coverage throughout the Main Event and the final table in November.

While the 2009 Main Event is probably what's remembered most from that year, there was another story brewing that year when Australian professional Jeff Lisandro went on an unprecedented tear in the stud portion of the WSOP, and pulled off a feat that's yet to be matched: winning three stud-events in a single year.

To this date, Lisandro remains the only player to have pulled off that feat in nothing but stud events, and was the first player since Ivey in 2002 to win three bracelets in a single summer.

The was no help to Kerstetter as she needed a lady to fall on the river but is was the completing the board and ending her tournament in 206th place - $1,047.97.

Mark "bansman" Bansemer was short-stacked on the bubble and raised all in for 3,668 from under the gun. Robert "bjacks" Jackson called from the button, "SqurlJenkins" came along from the small blind, and William "Jnug1" Reynolds put in the tiny bit more from the big.

All three active players then checked it down as the board ran out

Reynolds won the pot with sixes and fours, which meant Bandemer exited as the bubble boy in 207th place.
