Dominykas Mikolaitis Eliminated in 6th Place ($234,255)

Level 36 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Dominykas Mikolaitis
Dominykas Mikolaitis

The action folded all the way to Manuel Ruivo in the small blind and he moved all-in to give Dominykas Mikolaitis in the big blind the option to fold or call. Mikolaitis opted for the latter for what appeared to be around 2.5 million and the cards were turned over.

Dominykas Mikolaitis: {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}
Manuel Ruivo: {3-Clubs}{3-Hearts}

Ruivo improved to a set on the {9-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop and Mikolaitis groaned. "Something fun, come on ... the four of clubs," he demanded. However, it was all over with the {7-Spades} turn and that made the {4-Clubs} river a formality.

Mikolaitis has been eliminated in 6th place, which comes with a payday of $234,255.

Small Pot for Ruivo

Level 36 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Damian Salas limped in from the small blind and Manuel Ruivo checked his option out of the big blind.

On a flop of {8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}, Salas check-called a small bet and the {10-Hearts} on the turn was checked by both. Salas checked again the {7-Diamonds} on the river and Ruivo bet 350,000 to win the pot uncontested.

Ruivo Chips Up Some

Level 36 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Damian Salas raised to 500,000 from under the gun and Manuel Ruivo then three-bet to 1.8 million from one seat over, which represented essentially half of his stack.

All other players folded and Salas gave it some thought before electing to fold.

Salas was in the big blind next and checked his option when Brunno Botteon limped in. They checked to the {6-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{7-Clubs} river, Botteon made it 225,000 to go and Salas folded.

Stoyan Obreshkov made it 900,000 to go in the cutoff with fewer than that behind and Damian Salas on the button re-raised to 1.75 million. The blinds got out of the way and Obreshkov called it off, then walked over to his friends on the rail after the cards were turned over.

Stoyan Obreshkov: {k-Spades}{10-Hearts}
Damian Salas: {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}

Both players paired up on the {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} flop which kept Salas in the lead. The {7-Spades} turn brought some chop outs but Salas sealed the second knockout on the final table with the {a-Spades} river. Obreshkov has been eliminated in 7th place and takes home $160,512.

Marco Streda
Marco Streda

Once the action folded all the way to Dominykas Mikolaitis in the small blind who was in the eight seat, he glanced over to Marco Streda in the one seat with the dealer in between. "Around three million?" Mikolaitis inquired and Streda nodded.

The push of Mikolaitis followed and Streda checked his cards, then made the call.

Marco Streda: {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
Dominykas Mikolaitis: {q-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}

The flop fell {k-Spades}{8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} and Mikolaitis asked for a five or nine. He would receive neither on the {k-Clubs} turn and the {3-Diamonds} river let Streda double for 2,775,000.

Hannes Speiser
Hannes Speiser

The action kicked off with a raise to 425,000 by Damian Salas in early position and Hannes Speiser opted to three-bet jam as one of the three table short stacks. Salas asked for a count and once it was deemed to be for 1,925,000, Salas made the call.

Hannes Speiser: {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Damian Salas: {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}

Speiser picked up a gutshot and counterfeit outs on the {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{j-Hearts} flop. The {9-Diamonds} turn added more outs with the open-ended straight draw but the {6-Spades} on the river ended his run in 8th place for $109,982.
