Preben Stokkan Eliminated in 23rd Place

Once the table folded to Ramon "Ritza" Miquel Munoz, the UK-based Spaniard jammed out of the small blind for essentially a million and Preben Stokkan, also flying the Union Jack, called for the last 781,619 in the big blind.

Preben Stokkan: {q-Spades}{j-Hearts}
Ramon "Ritza" Miquel Munoz: {j-Spades}{10-Spades}

Both players flopped a pair of jacks on {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{2-Spades} but it was Miquel Munoz that got there on the {q-Diamonds} turn and {k-Hearts} river. Stokkan was eliminated in 23rd place and takes home $30,404.

Brunno Botteon: {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}

Three-Way All-In, No Bust

In a three-way all-in, "BorisLeBlade" had two shorter stacks with nicknames at risk as he took on "t0602" and "fullbabyfull".

"t0602": {k-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
"fullbabyfull": {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades}
"BorisLeBlade": {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

"t0602" seemed on the verge of elimination but pulled a rabbit out of the hat on the {6-Hearts}{6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Spades} board as they chopped with "fullbabyfull", while "BorisLeBlade" earned no portion of the pot.

Obreshkov Shoves on Puetz

Level 28 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Preben Stokkan raised to 100,000 from the middle position and Christopher Puetzc called from the cutoff and so did Hannes "BlackFortuna" Speiser in the small blind. Stoyan "UncleToni" Obreshkov took some time in the big blind and opted to three-bet to 550,000 which only Puetz called.

The flop came {7-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{4-Spades}, Obreshkov took a few seconds and then continued with a bet of 267,800 which Peutz called.

They both checked through the {9-Diamonds} on the turn to the {5-Hearts} on the river. Obreshkov contemplated what to do and then decided to shove for 1,557,193. This sent Puetz into the tank who then opted to fold.

Julian "VWgunther" Menhardt Eliminated in 24th Place ($30,404)

Level 28 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Within two hands, the stack of Julian "VWgunther" Menhardt vanished entirely and the Austria-resident departed in 24th place.

First up, he three-bet jammed on the button for nearly 1.5 million and was called by the initial raiser "BorisLeBlade" with the marginally inferior stack.

Julian "VWgunther" Menhardt: {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}

Menhardt hit a set on the {q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Clubs} flop but his opponent had broadway. The {k-Hearts} turn was a blank and the {9-Diamonds} river, too, to reduce the stack of Menhardt to crumbs.
