Vieira More Than Doubles While Dirksen Busts

Level 10 : 0/0, 1,500 ante
Dustin Dirksen
Dustin Dirksen

Dustin Dirksen announced the all-in for 56,200 and Joao Vieira then reshoved from one seat over for far more than that. Adam Owen on the button snap-called with the far biggest stack of the three players involved.

Dustin Dirksen: {k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}
Joao Vieira: {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}
Adam Owen: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}

Owen had both opponents crushed but Vieira took the lead on the {q-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{8-Spades} flop. Nothing changed on the {8-Hearts} turn and the {j-Clubs} river ensured the elimination of Dirksen. Vieira doubled for 244,500 to essentially cut Owen's stack in half.

Zack Eliminated by Owen

Level 10 : 0/0, 1,500 ante
Dan Zack
Dan Zack

Dan Zack limped in and Adam Owen raised to 8,000, which Dustin Dirksen called. Zack then limp-jammed for around 160,000 and Owen called while Dirksen folded.

Dan Zack: {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Adam Owen: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}

"You did it," Zack said with a dry smile on the ace and was in need of luck. He spiked a gutshot until the {k-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{10-Hearts} turn but bricked the {9-Spades} river to bow out in 15th place.

Deeb Eliminated by Chidwick

Level 10 : 0/0, 1,500 ante
Shaun Deeb
Shaun Deeb

Shaun Deeb limped from under the gun and called a raise to 12,000 by Stephen Chidwick from one seat over. The flop brought {j-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{7-Spades} and Deeb checked to Chidwick, who bet 6,500. Deeb then check-jammed his shorter stack and was called instantly.

Shaun Deeb: {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}
Stephen Chidwick: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}

The open-ended straight draw had zero percent equity as soon as the {10-Diamonds} turn paired the board, which made the {q-Hearts} river a formality.

Owen Wins Without Showdown

Level 10 : 0/0, 1,500 ante

Picking up the action on the {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{6-Spades} turn, Moshe Gabay bet 15,000 and was called by Adam Owen. They then headed to the {j-Clubs} river on which Gabay checked. Owen splashed in a stack of T-5,000 chips for a bet of around 100,000 and Gabay instantly folded.

Dirksen Doubles Through Vieira

Level 10 : 0/0, 1,500 ante
Dustin Dirksen
Dustin Dirksen

With around 25,000 in the middle and the heads-up flop showing {10-Hearts}{9-Spades}{8-Diamonds}, Dustin Dirksen pushed all-in from under the gun.

"Do you want a count?" the dealer asked Joao Vieira, who eyeballed the stack and dropped in calling chips after around five seconds.

Dustin Dirksen: {10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}
Joao Vieira: {a-Hearts}{10-Spades}

The board completed with the {6-Diamonds} turn and {6-Hearts} river, awarding the double to Dirksen with a ten-high straight.

Campbell Wins a Big One Against Shen

Level 9 : 0/0, 1,200 ante

Following one limp, Ye Shen raised and was called only by Chad Campbell on the button. What followed were three barrels by Shen, culminating in the bet of 125,000 on the {k-Spades}{j-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{j-Spades} river. Campbell was in the tank for a while and then called for a large portion of his remaining stack.

Shen tabled the {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs} for aces up but Campbell had that beat with the {10-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} for a jack-high straight.

"You almost got me there," Campbell said with a big smile on the face as he pulled ahead of Shen in the counts.

Dustin Dirksen limped in and Joao Vieira raised to 12,000, picking up calls from Dan Zack and Dirksen. The flop brought {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{6-Hearts} and a bet worth 11,000 by Vieira got the job done to win the pot.
