Siddiqui Slays Another

Level 34 : 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante

Faisal Siddiqui has caught fire in the last level and has amassed a huge chip count.

In his most recent boon he took out Jose DeLaGuardia. Action was on the flop with it reading {8-Clubs}{4-Spades}{2-Spades}. All the chips got in the middle and DeLaGuardia was ahead with the {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts} against the {k-Spades}{j-Spades} of Siddiqui.

But the {10-Spades} came on the turn to give Siddiqui a flush immediately and shut the door as the {k-Hearts} came on the river.

Johan Schumacher was all in preflop and at risk holding {a-}{q-} vs the {8-}{8-} of Alex Vazquez.

The flop sent Schumacher into the lead as it came down {4-}{7-}{q-}. But the turn was an {8-} to give Vazquez a set and make things look very dire for Schumacher. The {7-} on the river ended proceedings and eliminated Schumacher while Vazquez soared his chip count among the leaders.
