Chip Counts

Level 33 : 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

Ma Knocks Out Pitts, Moves Over 20 Million

Level 33 : 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

Thomas Pitts shoved pre-flop for his last 6,000,000 and was called by Long Ma in the big blind.

Thomas Pitts: {q-Spades}{j-Spades}
Long Ma: {k-Spades}{7-Clubs}

Ma was ahead and locked up the hand when he hit a pair of kings on a board of {10-Hearts}{2-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}.

Ma also won the next hand when he raised from the small blind to 2,000,000 and the big blind folded after thinking for about a minute. He's now sitting on around 21,000,000.

Tavephojalern Eliminates The Last Woman Standing

Level 33 : 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

The action folded to Mike Eddy on the button who made a raise to 1,500,000. Max Tavepholjalern quickly called from the small blind. Cheryl Svenson, who was the last woman standing in The Reunion, moves all-in for 4,250,000. Eddy takes a few second to think but ultimately folds. Tavepholjalern didn't take long to make the call.

Cheryl Svenson: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
Max Tavepholjalern: {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}

The board ran out {4-Spades}{3-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{10-Spades}. Tavepholjalern improved to a set of tens on the river, sending Svenson home.

Philbin Packs Up Alfa

Level 33 : 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante
Dave Alfa
Dave Alfa

From the big blind, Brent Philbin three-bet over a button raise from Dave Alfa who then four-bet it back to Philbin who jammed all in. Alfa called and the cards were turned over.

Dave Alfa: {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}
Brent Philbin: {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}

The flop came {9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}. The turn was the {8-Hearts} to stay safe for the tens and the river was also harmless as the {4-Hearts} came off. The dealer counted down the stacks and determined that Alfa was slightly covered and therefore had to head to the rail as Philbin became one of the biggest stacks in the room.

Lentini Stacking Huge

Level 33 : 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

One of the players who has been on fire in the last few levels has been Giuliano Lentini as he has been accumulating chips steadily.

He most recently gathered another heap with an elimination of an opponent when his {a-}{k-} found broadway on the river as the board ran out {q-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} to overcome the {q-}{j-} that his opponent had out-flopped him with.

The ten on the river got a fist pump from Lentini who took in the chips and arranged his huge stack to overcome the set back moments ago.

Viveros Spikes Two Outer to Double Through Lentini

Level 33 : 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

Adam Viveros was all in pre-flop for his last 9,475,000 and was up against Giuliano Lentini.

Adam Viveros: {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}
Giuliano Lentini: {a-}{k-Clubs}

Viveros was in rough shape and fell further behind when the flop came {4-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{9-Clubs} to give Lentini a flush draw.

The {6-Spades} turn was safe for Lentini, but Viveros hit the {q-Hearts} on the river to double up to around 20,000,000.

"That's poker," said the player sitting between them.

Beaupre Puts Opponent to the Test

Level 33 : 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

The board was a dangerous looking {10-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} on the river and Joakim Beaupre had put his opponent to the ultimate test with an all in shove.

The pot was about 11,000,000 and his opponent had roughly 12,500,000 behind. After a several minute tank, the clock was called and the floor came over to count it down. As the clock veered toward zero his opponent folded his cards and Beaupre took in another pot to keep his stack moving up.

Level: 33

Blinds: 300,000/600,000

Ante: 600,000
