Fallas Doubles With Kings

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

"We have a big one brewing here," tablemate Pat Lyons said after Mike Fallas had raised pre-flop from under the gun and the player to his left three-bet.

The next player to act tanked for about a minute before folding, then Fallas moved all in for around 35,000 when action folded back around to him. His opponent called.

Mike Fallas: {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}
Opponent: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}

Fallas' kings stayed ahead on the {6-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{8-Spades} board to double up. The player who tank-folded later claimed to have had {a-}{k-} suited.

Farrar Hangs Tough Against Greenstein

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Barry Greenstein raised to 2,700 from middle position and found one caller in Marc Farrar in the big blind.

Farrar then check-called bets from Greenstein twice. First for a 3,500 bet on the {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}{6-Hearts} flop and again for 6,500 on the {3-Clubs} turn.

Both players checked on the {9-Diamonds} river and Farrar tabled {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}. It was good, as Greenstein mucked — conceding the pot to Farrar.

Rosen With Quick Post-Dinner Bustout

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Allan Rosen raised to 3,200 from the button. "I didn't even look," said the big blind before calling all in for his last few thousand chips.

Big Blind: {8-Diamonds}{4-Spades}
Allan Rosen: {q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}

Rosen flopped a queen on {q-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}, leaving his opponent drawing to runner-runner, and secured the knockout when the board ran out {10-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}, leaving him with two pair.

Seimas on the Right End of a Cooler

Level 8 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Steve Saklad raised in early position to 2,200 and Joe Seimas three-bet to 7,500 next to act. The cutoff jammed for 34,900 and the action folded back around to Saklad who had a decision.

"C'mon terminator," the cutoff egged on Saklad.

"Careful what you wish for," Saklad responded.

Saklad decided to fold and Seimas snap-called behind him by throwing in one chip and tabling his hand.

Cutoff: {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Joe Seimas: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}

Seimas had the opponent dominated and the board ran out {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}.
