Cernuto Abuses the Bubble

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

With the money bubble fast approaching, play has tightened up and "Miami" John Cernuto took full advantage.

A player in middle position raised to 9,000 and got four callers, including Cernuto on the button. The flop came {j-Spades}{7-Clubs}{9-Hearts}, and action checked around to Cernuto who bet 35,000.

Everyone folded as Cernuto climbed past 400,000. "I laid down a nice hand to you, sir," the players to his right said.
