Schindler Dents Bonomo

Level 5 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Jake Schindler raised to 25,000 in the hijack and Justin Bonomo called on the button. The two players saw a flop of {k-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} and both checked to the {7-Hearts} on the turn.

Schindler checked again and Bonomo fired out a bet of 50,000. Schindler called and the {a-Clubs} landed on the river. That halted the action as both players checked again and Schindler tabled {k-Clubs}{10-Spades} to scoop the pot.

Level 4 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

With nearly 250,000 in the pot and {4-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{4-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} on the board, Nick Petrangelo checked and Mikita Badziakouski placed a stack of purple T-100,000 chips out for a bet that had Petrangelo covered for his last 463,000. Petrangelo called and Badziakouski turned over {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}. Petrangelo showed {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts} to take the pot and score a double with aces and fours.

Jason Koon
Jason Koon

Jason Koon raised to 20,000 in the cutoff and was called by Sam Soverel in the small blind. Stephen Chidwick re-raised to 115,000 from the big blind and only Koon called.

The flop came {9-Clubs}{8-Spades}{6-Clubs} and Chidwick continued with a bet of 80,000 which Koon called. The turn was the {4-Hearts} and Chidwick checked this time. Koon fired out a bet of 325,000 and Chidwick used a time bank before calling.

The {5-Clubs} hit the river and Chidwick instantly checked. Koon shoved all in for around 1,100,000 and Chidwick snapped him off. Koon showed {j-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for a flush but Chidwick held {a-Clubs}{8-Clubs} for the nut flush.

After the chips were counted, Chidwick had 1,139,000 left on the river which barely covered Koon's stack, sending him to the rail.
