Down to Three Tables

Level 25 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

Seven-Card Stud

Murilo Figueredo completed and Damjan Radanov called all in.

Figueredo ended up with {j-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{q-Spades}{k-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} for trip kings and Radanov didn't even wait to see his last cards before heading for the payout desk.

Phil Ivey was also eliminated on another table, and the 24 remaining players are now redrawing for the final three tables.

Ivey in the Danger Zone

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

Omaha 8 or Better

In a blind versus blind battle, Phil Ivey bet on a flop of {a-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} and David Williams called. Both players checked the {q-Spades} turn.

Ivey checked again when the river came the {10-Spades} and Williams put out four 25,000 chips, a bet of 100,000 that represented most of Ivey's remaining stack.

Ivey spent several minutes in the tank, counting down his stack while staring at the board before he decided to slide in a call.

Williams showed him {k-Spades}{9-Spades}{7-Spades}{6-Spades} for a rivered straight, leaving Ivey with less than 100,000.

Soulier Won't Do It

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

Razz

Down to 130,000, Fabrice Soulier was just waiting for the good moment to double up. He tried it on a Razz hand against Kyle Loman.

Fabrice Soulier: {5-}{6-}{8-}{9-}{a-}{5-}{6-}
Kyle Loman: {2-}{4-}{5-}{6-}{8-}{10-}{2-}

Soulier made an ace-nine low when Loman had an eighty-six. With that, the Frenchman was eliminated and the 2011 $10,000 H.O.R.S.E. WSOP bracelet winner will have to wait for another tournament to get his second bracelet.

McHugh Next to Fall

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

Limit Hold'em

David Williams raised from middle position before Christopher McHugh moved all in on the button. Peter Brownstein called in the big blind, as did Williams.

The flop came {6-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{10-Spades} and Brownstein led out. Williams raised and Brownstein called to see the {10-Hearts} turn.

Both players checked before Brownstein bet on the {8-Spades} river. Williams quickly called, but Brownstein turned over {j-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for a full house.

McHugh flashed {a-Spades}{9-Spades} before making his way to the payout desk.

Albini Makes a Reluctant Call

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

Razz

Steven Albini: {x-}{x-}/{a-}{8-}{7-}{7-}/{x-}
Michael Estes: {x-}{x-}/{2-}{5-}{q-}{5-}/{x-}
Ziya Rahim: {x-}{x-}/{6-}{8-}{2-}{j-}/{x-}

Steven Albini completed and got two callers in Michael Estes and Ziya Rahim. Estes bet out on fourth street, and both opponents called.

Albini bet on both fifth and sixth streets, with Estes and Rahim calling to see seventh. Albini bet again before Estes raised, which was enough to get Rahim out of the way.

"F**k me," Albini said before he committed most of the rest of his stack.

Estes showed {7-}{a-}{6-} for 7-6-5-2-A. "No good," Albini announced, turning over {4-}{2-}{5-} for 7-5-4-2-A.

"The raise had, in fact, had me shitting my pants," the record producer told Estes as he collected the pot.

Panocki's Wheel Takes a Chunk Off Nakamura

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

Razz

Adrian Panocki: {x-}{x-}/{a-}{j-}{3-}{5-}/{x-}
Tamon Nakamura: {x-}{x-}/{q-}{4-}{2-}{q-}/{x-}

Adrian Panocki bet on fifth street and was called by Tamon Nakamura. The Japanese native continued to call down the Polish national on sixth and seventh.

"Nuts," Panocki said, turning over {4-}{4-}{2-} for a wheel as Nakamura could only nod his head and hand over the chips.

Kearse Stops Here

Level 24 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

Seven-Card Stud

Action was caught with Robert Kearse all in for not that many chips against Peter Brownstein and the hands already tabled.

Peter Brownstein: {7-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{a-Spades}{k-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}
Robert Kearse: {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{5-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}

Brownstein made two pair sevens and fours and Kearse could only show a pair of sixes to bust from the tournament.
