Ray Henson
Ray Henson

Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo

With the ante denting his very short stack every hand, it was just a matter of time until Ray Henson was to get his chips in and that happened almost immediately after the action resumed.

Jerry Wong: {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts} / {4-Spades}{4-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} / {j-Spades}
Ray Henson: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts} / {5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{10-Clubs} / {x-}

Wong improved on every street to leave Henson drawing dead after sixth to further boost his stack.

Five Tables Remain Before Dinner

Seven Card Stud

Eric Rodawig: {a-Clubs}{k-} / {j-Spades}{3-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} / {7-Diamonds}

Hansu Chu lost the fight with his short stack not long ago and the same then also applied for Roland Israelashvili, who was already all-in by the time sixth street showed against Eric Rodawig. The board of the latter was somewhat mashed and showed at least a pair of jacks while he asked his opponent if he should go first.

An inconsequential seven on seventh for Rodawig changed nothing but Israelashvili also bricked to bow out in 41st place.

Rodawig Leaves Henson Short

Level 14 : 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better

Ray Henson defended his big blind against an early position raise from Eric Rodawig.

Henson led out on the {k-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} flop and called a raise from Rodawig to the {a-Hearts} turn. The action repeated to the {k-Hearts} river, where Henson check-called one final bet.

Henson then mucked as Rodawig announced full house and revealed {a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} to scoop the pot.

Razz

Anthony Zinno: {7-}{9-} / {10-}{q-}{5-}{5-} / {10-}
Ben Yu: {4-}{5-} / {4-}{2-}{8-}{10-} / {x-}

"That's not looking good," the remark came from the table of Anthony Zinno when he was all-in after third street against Ben Yu. The latter had a pair but plenty of low cards to go with, leaving Zinno drawing dead on sixth as the bad run for the latter continued.

In the meanwhile, Andres Korn has continued with his hot streak as he pulled further ahead at the top of the leaderboard on the same table.
