Cohen Doubles Up
Level 9
: Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante
Adam Cohen raised preflop to 3,000 under the gun. The player next to him called from early position, as did the button and Bin Weng in the big blind.
The flop came 9♣2♠Q♣ and Cohen bet 4,500. Only the player in early position called. Cohen fired another bet in the amount of 8,000 on the 2♦ flop. His opponent then called.
Cohen checked the 9♥ river. His opponent then bet enough to put him all in. Cohen put in his last 25,000 and was delighted to see that his A♦Q♦ was good against his opponent's J♣10♦.
