David Schonback raised to 12,000 in first position and was flatted by another early position player and the big blind.

The flop showed A♥9♠6♣ and Schonback placed a continuation bet of 20,000 and was called by both players again.

When the 2♣ arrived on the turn Schonback continued his aggression and bet again but the player to his left decided to shove all his chips in and the big blind folded and Schonback called.

Action began as the mid position player raised to 12,000. Patty Arends found a call along with four remaining players to have six players to the flop.

A flop of 9♦J♥5♣ had both early players check to Arends. She put a hefty bet of 50,000 in seeing folds around as she scooped the pot. With this win, Arends gained a sizeable stack of 400,000.

On a hand before the break, action started post flop as Daniel Ivers in the small blind opts to check to his opponent. Not contempt with this, his opponent fires for 102,000. Ivers jams all in covering his opponent and leaving him with a tough decision. After tanking for a couple minutes, his opponent calls as both players flip over their cards.
