Barfield Moves Tables, Sends Out Zhang

Andrew Barfield had only just changed tables when he got involved in a big pot against Hao Zhang.

On a board of Q2410, Barfield bet from the big blind before Zhang raised on the button. Barfield reraised and Zhang called off his last chips.

Barfield turned over J7 for a flopped flush and Zhang instantly went to muck his cards before being forced to show QJ. The river came the A and Zhang was sent to the rail.

Michael Rodrigues opened to 7,000 from middle position and was called by Sachin Bhargava in the big blind.

Bhargava took two cards while Rodrigues drew one after which Bhargava check-called a bet of 10,000 from his opponent. Rodrigues tabled 86532, good enough to take down a small pot.

Action checked through the 10KA flop to the A turn at which point Bohlman fired off 5,000. Po made the call.

The 5 river saw Bohlman check and, after consideration, Po made it 15,000 to go. That got an instant fold from Bohlman to keep Po chipping up.

The dealer nearly forgot to give Freeman a card on sixth street. "I play tight," Freeman said before eventually receiving a 7x. Buchanan bet this time and Eskandani called.

Both players checked seventh and Eskandani showed Ax5x2x for a 7-5-4-2-A. Buchanan had an 8-5, while Freeman showed 6x9x before heading for the exit.

Both players checked the 4 turn as the 6 fell on the river. Nakamura checked again, and Barfield now tossed out 21,000.

Nakamura spent several minutes in the tank before he splashed in a call. Barfield showed KJ for trip jacks and Nakamura tanked to take a small hit to his massive stack.

At the same table, Andrew Hamm has dropped down to 25,000. "Bad run," he lamented.

"It ebbs and flows," tablemate Craig Chait added.

Action checked through the QQQ flop to the 5 turn at which point Chambers checked for a second time. Bloch fired off a bet, which was quickly called.

The 3 river saw Chambers take over the betting lead with Bloch snapping it off. Chambers showed down AQ87 for flopped quads to take down the pot.

McKenna bet again on fifth, but this time Fradin came back with a raise. McKenna called and paired his ace on sixth, leading out with a bet.

Fradin just called this time and faced another bet on seventh. Fradin took a few sips from his coffee cup as he tanked for about a minute before mucking. McKenna showed KQ as he took the pot.
