Level 16 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

In a heads-up raised pot, the flop showed A10Q when John Templeton checked in the small blind before calling Joao Simao's continuation bet for 14,000.

The 2 on the turn didn't bring any action and the 6 hit the river. After some thinking, both checked and Templeton tabled A4. Simao mucked his hand, saying he held KxQx.

Ace from Space for the Champ

Level 16 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Espen Jorstad
Espen Jorstad

Espen Jorstad raised it up in early position and the button reraised to 45,000. The action was back on Jorstad who shipped all in for 147,000 and the button asked for a count before calling.

Espen Jorstad: AK
Opponent: 1010

It was a coin flip and the flop of 533 left the pocket tens in the lead. The 5 on the turn meant Jorstad was searching for six outs on the river and the A peeled off as the tabled rumbled. Jorstad managed to survive and double-up as the money bubble approaches.
