2023 World Series of Poker
Level: 15
Blinds: 3,000/5,000
Ante: 5,000
Roy Siegel in the small blind limped and was shoved on by the big blind for 63,000 which Siegel called.
Big Blind: J♣6♦
Roy Siegel: Q♣J♦
The big blind's attempt to steal the small blind backfired spectacularly and cost their tournament life as the board ran out 10♣8♣3♣Q♥A♦ to give Siegel the pot.
David Icke bet enough to force folds around the table while Randall Shioi's short stack was in the middle on a board showing 3♠Q♥9♣8♥.
Randall Shioi: A♥8♠
David Icke: 8♣8♦
Shioi connected for a pair on the turn but it was no good against the set of Icke. The 3♣ river completed the board as Shioi's chipped headed across the table.
The cutoff moved all in for 43,000 and was called by David Sherman in the small blind.
Cutoff: K♥K♠
David Sherman: 10♦10♥
Sherman was behind, but managed to hit a flush on the completed board of 9♣6♦4♦7♦3♦ leaving the cutoff in disbelief as they exit the tournament.
Kenneth Mosher's short stack was in the middle while Kenneth Cram in middle position and David Salisbury in the small blind also moved all in on a board showing 7♣Q♣3♠7♦.
Kenneth Mosher: K♥7♥
Kenneth Cram: K♣Q♦
David Salisbury: 5♠5♦
The J♣ river changed nothing, as Mosher's trip sevens took down the main pot for a triple up. Cram's two pair of queens and sevens earned the side pot, with Salisbury's pocket pair coming in third.
The hijack moved all in for 40,000 and was called by Ronald Rindone in the small blind.
Hijack: 10♣8♣
Ronald Rindone: 7♥7♠
Before they got on their backs the hijack prayed for two live cards and was pleasantly surprised to see he had two overcards.
However the board provided no cooperation running out 9♣9♥4♥5♠A♥ and Rindone's pocket sevens held.

Guy Cicconi: 6♦4♦
Stan Jablonski: A♥10♥
Arnon Graham: K♦8♦
Jablonski had top pair while his opponents were both on a draw. The A♠ turn gave Jablonski two pair, while the 7♦ river completed Graham's king-high flush to dismiss both opponents at once.
