Daniel Negreanu raised to 75,000 from the cutoff and found a call from Chris Brewer in the big blind.
Both players drew one card.
Brewer checked over to Negreanu who tossed out a bet of 210,000. Brewer thought briefly before releasing his cards and sending the pot in Negreanu's direction.
Chris Brewer raised to 60,000 from the cutoff and action folded to Daniel Negreanu in the small blind, who three-bet to 370,000, leaving himself just 30,000 behind. Brewer called.
Both players drew one and Negreanu bet the last of his chips. Brewer called and Negreanu turned over J♦5♣4♦3♣2♠. It was best against Brewer's J♠8♠4♠3♦2♦ and Negreanu doubled up.
Chris Brewer raised to 60,000 from the cutoff and got one call from Alex Livingston in the big blind leading to the draw.
Both Livingston and Brewer each drew one.
Livingston led out into Brewer with a bet of 30,000. Brewer, after a very brief pause, answered back with a raise to 185,000.
After about a minute, Livingston decided that he wasn't done and came back at Brewer with a raise of his own, this one in the size of 675,000.
Brewer was quick to wave the white flag by tossing his cards into the muck and Livingston secured the pot with a post-draw three-bet.
Yuri Dzivielevski shoved for his last 385,000 from the cutoff and was called by Chris Brewer on the button to put Dzivielevski at risk. Everyone else folded and both players drew one.
Yuri Dzivielevski: 8♣6♥3♠2♣
Chris Brewer: 8♥7♦3♥2♠
Brewer peeled the 5♠ first, which left Dzivielevski drawing slim. Dzivielevski turned over the 9♣, which wasn't enough and he was eliminated in sixth place.
Young Ko raised from under the gun to 60,000 and got one caller in David "ODB" Baker from the big blind.
Baker drew three and Ko drew one.
Baker opted to lead out with a bet of 175,000, which was more than enough to put Ko's short stack all in.
Ko tanked for close to three minutes before eventually tossing in the call.
Ko had called with 6♦5♦3♣3♦2♣ having paired his three in the draw and clearly hoping that Baker had paired a higher card but when Baker turned over 10♣7♦5♣3♥2♦, Ko could see that his run was over as he hit the rail in seventh place for $46,356.
Young Ko raised to 60,000 from under the gun and was called by Chris Brewer in the small blind.
Brewer drew one and Ko stood pat. Brewer then overbet the pot for 400,000, which sent Ko deep into the tank.
Ko eventually landed on a call and Brewer said, "Ninety-seven," as he turned over 9♠7♦5♠4♥2♥.
Ko couldn't beat it and mucked and was left with just 120,000 following the hand.
