"Good Fold"

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Gregory Flierl raised to 5,000 and Peter Wigglesworth three-bet to 20,000 from a couple of spots to his left. The action folded back to the Flierl and he made the call.

When the dealer fanned a flop of 1076, Flierl checked, and Wigglesworth bet 17,500. Flierl tanked for about a minute and decided to fold, keeping his stack of 29,000.

"Good fold," said Wigglesworth as he tabled AK.

"Why'd you have to show that?" Asked a tablemate.

"I had the best hand," he replied.
