Smith's Hand Remains a Mystery For Now

Bradley Smith raised the button and Nghia Le called.

The flop came J♥8♣2♣ and Smith bet again. Le called and both players checked the 4♣ turn.

Le also checked the 6♠ river before Smith tossed out some more chips. Le then went into the tank for nearly a minute before he folded.

"Can I take a picture and show you at the end?" Smith asked, as he took out his phone to snap a photo of his cards.

"I'm pretty sure I know what you have," Le responded.

"You have no idea what I have. I'll show you later," Smith added.

Fourth street saw Smith bet, with Le coming along.

Fifth through seventh streets all followed the same line - a check from Smith, a bet from Le, and a call from Smith.

"Two pair," said Le.

"Same," replied Smith, keeping his cards close to him.

Le turned over 8♥7♥5♥ for eights and fives. Smith showed Q♣8♦4♣ for eights and fours, giving the pot to a suddenly-rejuvenated Le.

Le Can't Get Smith Off Aces

The flop came 9♦8♠K♥ and Smith bet again. Le called to the K♠ turn, where he led out with a bet.

Smith gave the decision some thought before calling as the 8♥ fell on the river. Le then paused before checking, and Smith checked behind.

Le showed J♠9♥ for kings and nines, but Smith had A♠A♣8♦ for a pair of aces that became trip eights on the river.

Le Continues His Climb

The 9♥7♠6♠ flop saw Le check-calling a bet from Smith. Le then led out on the Q♠ turn, with Smith coming along.

Le fired again on the K♥ river, but Smith found a fold.

Le Takes Two More

Bradley Smith completed, then proceeded to bet every street down to fifth. Le called each bet as they went to sixth, where Le made a pair of tens. He then led out and Smith folded.

Le then took another pot, this time in the Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better round.

Le called a raise in the big blind as they saw a flop of 5♥6♠10♥. Smith bet again and Le called.

Both players checked the 9♥ turn before Le led out on the 10♠ river. Smith again gave up his hand as Le began to narrow the gap.

Le bet out on seventh street. "Two pair," said Smith. "Sick spot," he added before making the call. Le turned over A♦K♥3♣ for two pair to take the pot. Smith showed a pair of kings in the hole as he mucked, adding that he had a low draw.

The heads-up match has been dominated by Smith so far as the Canadian has opened up a wide chip advantage.

The 3♠ fell on the river and Le checked over to Smith, who bet again. Le this time gave up his hand.

The next hand, it was Le who raised on the button and Smith calling in the big blind.

Le bet the 8♥5♠Q♠ flop and Smith called before both players checked the K♥ turn.

The 5♣ fell on the river and Smith then led out with a bet. Le quickly tossed his cards away.
