Grandieri Takes it Down on the Turn

David Grandieri raised from under the gun to 600. The big blind defended as both players headed to a flop.

The flop came 9♠J♣5♥, and the big blind quickly checked to Grandieri. He led out for 800 and was quickly called.

While the Q♠ peeled off on the turn, the big blind checked again. Grandieri fired for 1,400 and his opponent folded for him to scoop the pot.
