The player on the button raised to 600 and Erick Lindgren in the small blind and the big blind both called. The flop came down K63 and Lindgren bet out 500. The big blind called and the button folded.

The turn brought the 9 and both players checked.

The river was the 4 and with that last scary spade both players checked.

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Players have been sent on their first break of the day and will return to blinds of 200/300 with a 300 big blind ante. Day 1d is in full swing, though, and the energy in the room is truly tangible!

The player in early position opened to 700 and was called by Sofia Lovgren in the hijack and Steven Veneziano in the small blind. The big blind also decided to come along and the four of them went to the flop of 473 which checked around.

On the turn Q, Veneziano led out for 1,600 and only received one call from Lovgren so the two went heads-up to the river 10.

Veneziano thought for a second before placing out a bet of 4,200 and Lovgren promptly folded to award him the pot.

The 7 brought a pair on the river and this time Zanette check-called Guichard for 6,700. The latter tabled AA and it was good to take the pot as Zanette mucked his hand.

The 2 landed on the river and the action checked to Beinner as he blasted 12,000 across the line, which was enough to drag the pot as both players cards hit the muck.
