Joshua Field opened from middle position to 2,500, and everybody folded to the big blind who called.
The dealer fanned a flop of 5♦5♥10♣, where Field continued with a bet of 1,500. The big blind called. However, the action slowed down on the turn with the 3♠
The river brought the 9♣, and the big blind checked once again. Field then fired a bet of 7,500. The big blind took a moment to think about this move but eventually folded.
Sung Joo Hyun was already all-in with short stack and awaiting his fate when Joshua Boulton isolated with a bet on the A♥Q♠4♠ flop.

The 10♥ turn gave Hyun a gutshot but the 4♣ river was a blank.
Action was picked up with cards on their backs with Kyriakos Papadopoulos having put another player at risk from the hijack by calling his 4,500 all in from the big blind.

The board ran out 8♣7♥5♠10♥3♦ and the queen-ten connected with Papadopoulos to give him a boost to his stack.
A player opened to to 1,800 from under the gun and received a call from Scott McKernan on the button.
The flop came A♣A♦9♥. The under the gun player made a continuation bet of 1,800 that was called by McKernan.
Action was checked to McKernan, who fired a 5,400 bet on the K♠ turn, quickly folding out his opponent to take down the pot.
Kostantinos Papanikos bet 20,000 from early position on a flop of 7♠Q♦8♥ and table big stack Mathias Duarte called in middle position.
The turn came the 4♣ and Papanikos now checked. Duarte fired out 66,000 and Papanikos called to the 6♥ river, where he checked again.
Duarte tanked for several minutes until a tablemate called the clock. Duarte finally checked before the floor could arrive and Papanikos showed A♠A♣ to take down the massive pot.
Jules Dickerson and Dominic Coombe had created a pot of 26,000 chips when the action reached the turn. Both players then checked the K♠10♥9♥10♦ board and the 3♠ river was dealt subsequentially.
Coombe checked again from the hijack but Dickerson had other plans on the button and bet out 18,000 chips. Coombe instantly folded and Dickerson raked in another pot, leading the Red section by a fair margin.
On the first hand, Robert Kuhn opened to 2,400 and got called by Subhan Anders Ohman to go see a flop 5♠K♣J♠. Kuhn continued for 2,300 and Ohman quickly called.
The turn was the J♥ and Kuhn fired 17,000 into the pot. Once again, Ohman chose to call.
On the 4♥ river, Kuhn sent 75,000 in the middle, putting Ohman at risk for his stack worth 69,000. The latter quickly called, showing K♦K♥, and Kuhn sent A♥9♠ into the muck.
The hand right after, Kuhn open-shoved under the gun for his last 18,500 and Clayton Mozdzen reshoved for a stack around 26,000. The rest of the players folded and they tabled their cards:

Mozdzen's pair of queens held throughout the board 4♣8♥2♥6♥9♠ to win the pot while Kuhn was sent to the rail.
The action was heads-up on the turn with the board reading 8♦7♠6♦10♠ and around 22,000 in the middle. Manny Tarich and Dario Sammartino each committed 12,500 to the pot on the turn as the pot continued to grow.
The river was the 9♦, putting a straight on the board. Tarich ripped all in from the big blind as the bigger stack. Sammartino counted his chips and then dropped some in to make the call. Tarich pointed the board before turning over 9♥7♥. Sammartino flipped over A♥J♦ for a better straight and earned a double-up.
Zae Yoo had been all in at least five times today, he said, and down to six big blinds had already sucked out Ax3x vs 6x6x and Jx9x vs QxQx. Now he had shoved all in from under the gun. Cutoff Carlos Henriques called, and when Elson Lima rejammed, Henriques called that also. Yoo would once again be at risk for his tournament life against long odds.

The flop continued Yoo's incredible run of good luck, 9♠6♦7♥. "I don't know what to say," said Yoo.
The 7♠ gave Yoo a full house, and Henriques outs to a flush to win the side pot. A 9♣ on the river sparked pandemonium at the table,.
"I had to push," said a stunned Yoo. "I was ready to go."
"Are you alright?" asked Lima as he pulled in the side pot.
"Not really," replied Yoo, visibly shaking as he raked in his triple up, once again having defied the odds.
