Zhang Finishes Off Papadopoulos

Level 16 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Kyriakos Papadopoulos shoved all-in under the gun for his last 22,000 and the player on his left called before Kevin Zhang shoved 88,000 in the big blind. The third player in the hand made the call and all three hands were exposed.

Kyriakos Papadopoulos: Q9
Kevin Zhang: AA
Middle position: AQ

Zhang woke up with aces in the big blind and the board ran out K10558, to eliminate Papadopoulos and double through the player in the middle.

Shen Finds a Ten to Survive

Level 16 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Chad Brewer shoved all in for his last 50,000 from early position and Allen Shen reshoved all in for 157,000 in the cutoff. Paul Cross woke up with a hand in the big blind and called to put both players at risk.

Chad Brewer: 99
Allen Shen: 1010
Paul Cross: JJ

All three players picked up a pocket pair but it was Cross who was well out front. However, the 1064 flop put Shen in the lead with a set of tens. The 6 and 4 runout changed nothing and Shen more than doubled up while Brewer was eliminated.

After a few minutes of thinking, Ohulchanskyi eventually called with JJ. Jozoff reluctantly showed AK for ace-high and made his way to the exit while Ohulchanskyi grabbed the big pot.
