Johan Guilbert raised to 10,000 from the middle position and was called by Nick Petrangelo in the cutoff. Barry Woods then made it 40,000 to go on the button, which only Petrangelo called.
The flop fell 9♥2♥6♣ and saw Woods continue for 20,000. Petrangelo came along for the 2♣ turn, which they both checked.
On the Q♣ river, Woods fired 56,000 chips. That was not enough for Petrangelo, who jammed in his stack of 169,000 chips. Woods gave it some consideration but eventually let it go, leaving the sizable pot to Petrangelo.

Daniel Negreanu in middle position had three-bet Erik Seidel under the gun preflop and the latter had called, leading to a pot of 65,000 chips when the J♠2♣A♣ flop was dealt.
Seidel then checked to Negreanu, who made a continuation-bet of 15,000 chips. Seidel made the call, after which the 2♥ turn hit the felt. Seidel check-called another bet from Negreanu, this time totaling 27,000 chips.
The Q♣ river was ultimately checked through, after which Seidel sheepishly tabled a J♦ for middle pair. Negreanu showed down A♥5♥ for top pair and was awarded the pot as a result.

Stephen Chidwick raised to 11,000 on the button and Vlastimil Pustina three-bet to 43,000 from the small blind and Chidwick called.
The flop rolled out 8♣4♦4♠ and Pustina continued for 61,000 which Chidwick called.
Both players checked the 2♣ turn over to the 8♠ river where Pustina moved all in for 154,000, sending action back over to Chidwick. He asked for a count and then called after about ten seconds.
Vlastimil Pustina: Q♦10♦
Stephen Chidwick: A♥Q♥
The ace-high was good for Chidwick to take down the pot and eliminated Pustina from the tournament.
