2024 World Series of Poker
Over 200,000 had gone into the middle preflop between Martin Kabrhel and the player in the big blind, with Kabrhel's opponent being all-in and at risk.
Big Blind: K♦K♠
Martin Kabrhel J♥J♣
Kabrhel asked the dealer for two jacks but the dealer didn't comply as the flop fell 2♣10♣5♥. The 6♣ turn offered up a flush draw for Kabrhel and he managed to spike the flush on the river when the 7♣ came. Kabhrel moves up to over the 600,000 chip mark.
From the big blind, Ren Lin had called a raise from a player in middle position to see a flop of 6♠10♠3♦. After Lin checked, his opponent fired out a bet of 8,000. This was met by a quick check-raise to 26,000 by Lin. His opponent didn't think for too long before three-bet shoving for 155,000, which was similar to the amount Lin had in his stack. Lin opted to fold his hand and forfeit the pot to his opponent.
Action folded to Kevin Martin on the button who raised to 10,000. Both the blinds defended.
The flop came 2♦A♣8♦ and both blinds were quick to check. Martin fired for 8,000 and only the big blind called.
While the 10♣ peeled off on the turn, the big blind again checked to Martin. He continued for 16,000 and received a call.
The 4♠ peeled off on the river and the big blind checked. Martin jammed all in for just over 50,000 and was rewarded as his opponent made a quick fold.
