Chris Brewer and Ren Lin got their short stacks into the middle from the hijack and cutoff respectively.

Brewer paired on the AQJ flop and had outs to a chop, but no further help came with the 6 turn and 5 river. Both stacks were counted and Lin doubled for 445,000.

Lin raised to 120,000 in the next hand and Masashi Oya pushed all-in from the next seat. "How much is that?" Lin inquired and Oya replied "I don't know" with a smile on the face. No call followed as Oya picked up the pot.

Davies Leads Flop

Jeremy Ausmus opened to 100,000 in the cutoff and Brian Kim and Seth Davies called in the blinds.

Kim checked on the flop of 673 and Davies led out for 110,000. Ausmus called and Kim folded. Davies then checked on the K turn and Ausmus checked back.

Davies checked once more on the 3 river and quickly folded as Ausmus fired a bet of around 350,000.

Soverel Doubles With a Full House

Christoph Vogelsang raised from the cutoff and called the shove of Sam Soverel who committed his chips from the small blind.

Battle of the Brians Goes Kim's Way

With around 600,000 chips in the pot and a board that read 335K, Brian Rast had checked to Brian Kim, who bet 380,000. Rast called.

The J completed the board and Rast checked again. Kim took some time before he slid a bet of around 1,200,000 into the pot, which was roughly what Rast had behind. After thinking for some time, Rast made the fold.
