Pop Gets Lucky to Double

Ognyan Dimov opened the action with a raise to 6,500 from under the gun. George Pop moved all in for 52,000 from the cutoff and Dimov made the call.

Bin Weng raised the cutoff to 6,000 and Punnat Punsri shoved from the small blind. Kyungtae Min was in the big blind and committed his short stack of a few big blinds, and Weng made the call which put both at risk.

Weng was in the lead but the hand was over by the time the flop was dealt as Punsri flopped the nuts on the 732 board. Everybody ended the hand with a flush as the runout of 95 put five diamonds on board, but Punsri held the winner which eliminated Min.

Yu Doubles Through Matakis

Action folded all the way around to Ian Matakis who forced the big blind player all in with a raise to 38,500. Lei Yu was sitting in the big blind with a monster, and immediately called.

"I'm supposed to call," Stelitz remarked before taking some more time on the decision.

Ultimately, he made the fold for Hallaert to take the pot.
