James Carroll's stack of around 55,000 was at risk as he committed the chips to the pot preflop and was put at risk by Dai Ishibashi.

Carroll needed some help from the runout but it was Ishibashi that improved as the Japanese player turned a set on the A♣10♣5♥K♦4♥ runout.
Bin Weng raised the cutoff to 6,000 and Punnat Punsri shoved from the small blind. Kyungtae Min was in the big blind and committed his short stack of a few big blinds, and Weng made the call which put both at risk.

Weng was in the lead but the hand was over by the time the flop was dealt as Punsri flopped the nuts on the 7♦3♦2♦ board. Everybody ended the hand with a flush as the runout of 9♦5♦ put five diamonds on board, but Punsri held the winner which eliminated Min.
Action folded all the way around to Ian Matakis who forced the big blind player all in with a raise to 38,500. Lei Yu was sitting in the big blind with a monster, and immediately called.

The dealer put out Q♦8♥A♥6♠8♠ and Yu flopped top-two, earning him a full double up and newfound chips.
Tony Dunst opened the action with a raise to 6,000 from the hijack. Andres Gonzalez moved all in for 38,500 and Dunst quickly called.

Gonzalez ran into it and the board ran out 2♥4♣9♥5♦5♠ sealing his fate and sending him to the rail.
Action was caught after the board ran out 4♠3♠7♣10♥Q♣. Daniel Strelitz led out for 22,000 from the small blind.
Kenny Hallaert moved all in as he had Strelitz covered.
"I'm supposed to call," Stelitz remarked before taking some more time on the decision.
Ultimately, he made the fold for Hallaert to take the pot.
