Broom tabled 3♥2♥ for a flush, but Madeira had A♥9♥ for the nut flush to take the pot.
Just before the break, Max Kruse managed to score another double-up courtesy of Yang Zhang,

Kruse bricked the flop but hit his ace on the turn as the runout of 2♠10♦7♦A♦5♥ earned him the pot.
The last of Clemen Deng's stack was in the middle from the big blind as he was up against Turbo Nguyen.

The flop came Q♥9♦5♠ to give Nguyen a set, the turn was the 3♦ and the river the A♦ to end the run for Deng in 26th place.
Action was caught after the turn of 4♠J♦4♥9♠ and Hannes Van Wauwe moved all in for 1,090,000 from the small blind.
Richard Dixon was in the tank from under the gun as he eventually found the fold.
Wauwe revealed K♦K♠ as he took the pot.
Max Kruse had the shortest stack in the tournament and got his last chips into the middle needing some help.

Kruse was saved by the river as he paired his three on the 4♣Q♥7♠5♠3♣ board which gave him a lifeline in the tournament.
Wagner Ripper was all in just over 200,000 chips and Kharlin Sued made the call to put him at risk.

Sued paired his nine on the 3♦9♠J♣K♠Q♠ board which brought an end to Ripper's run.
Mostafa Haidary raised to 60,000 from under the gun and got called by both Bernd Gleissner in the cutoff, and Sonny Franco on the button.
They saw a flop of 7♦8♦5♦ which all three players checked to the 8♥ turn. Haidary bet 75,000, which Gleissner and Franco called.
An 8♠ fell on the river and Haidary bet 375,000, which got two quick folds from his opponents.
Action was caught after the flop of 6♥K♣4♣ and Dong Chen checked from the big blind. Nenad Dukic fired for 45,000 and was check raised to 115,000 by Chen. Dukic found the call.
The turn was the 5♠ and Chen checked to Dukic. He continued for 175,000 and received a call from Chen.
While the river peeled the J♣ Chen once again checked. Dukic sized up for 585,000 and put Chen into the tank. Clock was called and his hand was declared dead after he did not act within the time.
Chen revealed that he had pocket aces and Dukic assured him they were no good on that board.
