Mostafa Haidary raised to 225,000 from under the gun and Pedro Madeira three-bet to 650,000 from the button. Sonny Franco was in the big blind and he shoved all in for 2,005,000, then Haidary shoved for 4,365,000. Madeira had a big decision on his hands but ultimately elected to stay out of the way and folded.

Franco did improve to a flush draw on the K♦K♣5♦ flop but both the 3♥ turn and 9♠ river were bricks which meant he was eliminated in 9th.

Action was caught after the flop of 2♣5♥5♦ and both the blinds were quick to check. Yang Zhang fired for 150,000 and only received a call from Bernd Gleissner in the small blind.

The turn was the 7♦ and Gleissner took the betting lead for 250,000. Zhang made the call.

While the river peeled the A♦, Gleissner was quick to check. Yang Zhang fired for 750,000 and Gleissner took his time.

Eventually he made the fold for Zhang to take the pot.

Three players saw a flop of A♣8♥Q♥. Pedro Madeira led out for 230,000 from the small blind. Brandon Schwartz called in the big blind. Max Kruse folded the button.

The turn was the 5♣. Madeira then bet a chunky amount of 1,300,000 which was more than the pot. Schwartz folded after a few moments.

Soika was dominated by the queens of Gleissner, and when the board ran out 8♣J♣6♠A♦J♦ the pocket queens were still best, and Soika was eliminated in 10th place.

Schwartz Applies Pressure to Kruse on the River

Max Kruse opened to 200,000 under the gun and Pedro Madeira called from the cutoff. Brandon Schwartz came along from the button, and Mostafa Haidary also tagged along from the big blind.

On the connected Q♦9♠K♦ flop, it checked to Kruse who fired a bet of 180,000. Schwartz and Haidary both called.

A J♠ hit the turn and after Haidary checked, Kruse bet 460,000. Schwartz called and Haidary folded.

When the 10♦ completed the board, Kruse checked and Schwartz made a bet of 1,100,000. Kruse didn't look what he saw and flashed the 10♣ before he made what seemed to be an agonizing fold.

The turn was the J♠. Both players checked. The river was the 10♠. Zhang led for 650,000. Soika thought for close to a minute before he laid it down as his stack sank a bit lower.

Ihar Soika opened to 200,00 from the cutoff, and was called by Bernd Gleissner on the button, and Yang Zhang from the big blind.

The flop came J♦5♥9♠ and it checked to Soika, who bet 240,000. Gleissner then announced all in for 2,010,000, which then Zhang quickly folded, and Sokia went into the take. Visibly stressed by the bet, Sokia went over five minutes with his decison, but eventually found the fold.

Kruse Comes Out Firing

On the 8♥6♥K♣ flop, Haidariy check-called a bet of 380,000 from Kruse.

The 8♣ on the turn paired the board and Haidary checked it over again to Kruse, who bet 750,000. After some time thinking, Haidary laid it down.
