Platt's Stack Dwindles

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Jeremy Platt raised from early position to 1,000. He was called by the button, Niklas Astedt in the small blind, and Carloz Gomez from the big blind.

Astedt, Gomez, and Platt checked to the button on the 10K4 flop and he bet 3,500. Astedt and Gomez folded, but Platt stuck around with a call.

The 8 on the turn saw a second check from Platt. The button fired a second barrel of 6,000 and Platt reluctantly folded.

Under the gun checked the 6J4 flop and Petrone fired 3,000. The cutoff and under the gun player both called.

Action checked through on the 4 turn before under the gun bet out 11,800 on the 6 river. Petrone moved all in for 43,400 and his opponent went into the tank. "Really? Quads?" said the player before releasing his hand back to the dealer.

Garcia Domingez Jams on the Flop

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Action was picked up with 18,000 in the pot and the board showing [6h103c].

A player from middle position bet out 7,000 and Cesar Garcia Dominguez raised all in for 34,900.

This sent the middle position player deep in the tank, thinking about his decision for several minutes. A player at the table called clock on him, and as soon as the floor started his countdown, the player mucked their cards.

Argelazi Loses a Huge Pot to Quads

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Eliran Argelazi just approached PokerNews about a hand where he lost roughly two-thirds of his chips.

As reported by Argelazi, he said that he called a raise from the small blind versus an open from the hijack. The big blind called as well and they went to the flop three-ways.

The flop came Jx54 and the action checked the the hijack. He bet 2,000 and was met by a check-raise to 8,000 by Argelazi. The big blind folded but the hijack made the call.

The turn came the J and the action checked through for a 4x to come on the river.

Algelazi fired out 5,000 and was met by a raise all in of 55,000 by his opponent. Aegelazi snap-called and flipped over AJ for a full house. However, somehow this was second best to the 4x4x of his opponent for quads.
