Mathias Pedersen raised from the button before Mark Zullo three-bet to 320,000 from the small blind. Pederson clicked it 800,000 and snap-called as the slightly bigger stack when Zullo jammed for around 2,500,000.

Zullo was crushed and found no help on the 7♥4♠3♥ flop. The K♣ turn gave Zullo a lifeline but the 5♣ river marked his demise.
Action was followed from the 7♥10♣3♦ flop when Apple Landerman raised from the small blind to 250,000 with A♣Q♣. Kristen Foxen called from the big blind with A♠10♦, who was ahead with a pair of tens.
The turn came A♥ which kept Foxen ahead, now sat with two pair, but Landerman also paired his Ace. Landerman bet 250,000 and Foxen called behind.
The 9♦ river prompted Landerman to bet 325,000 and Foxen opted to raise to 1,500,000. Landerman eventually called and Foxen took a huge pot.
With around 800,000 chips in the pot on a board of 5♣5♥9♦2♣, James Calderaro had checked over to Ben Collins, who fired a bet of 300,000. Calderaro then shoved, with put Collins to the test for his remaining stack of around 600,000. Collins was deep into the tank and eventually slammed his stack of chips into the middle.
Calderaro then tabled 9♥9♠ for a full house, and Collins didn't even expose his cards as it seemed he was drawing dead. A 6♠ fell on the river and Calderaro raked in the pot, which saw Collins eliminated.
Daniel Zadok opened to 80,000 from under the gun and was called by Boris Kolev from the hijack.
Zadok continued for 65,000 on the Q♦9♥9♠ flop and called when Kolev made it 180,000.
The J♦ turn saw Zadok check-call for 450,000, bringing in the A♠ river.
Zadok checked, and Kolev opted to check behind.
Zadok tabled J♣9♣ for trips and Kolev mucked his hand.
Aleksejs Ponakovs raised to 80,000 from the cutoff and found one caller in Brian Rast from the big blind.
Both players checked on the 4♦K♦2♠ flop and J♥ turn; however Ponakovs bet 90,000 after Rast checked a third time on the 8♠ river.
Rast let his hand go without much thought and Ponakovs was sent the pot.
Hugo Alfaro was all in for 775,000 and at risk in the big blind, against Guillermo Sanchez Otero from the cutoff.

The Q♦2♦Q♠ flop was good for Otero and Alfaro didn't improve on the 9♣4♥ runout.
Taylor Black opened to 80,000 from middle position and Szymon Wysocki three-bet to 240,000 one seat over. Daniel Kyosev then put in a cold four-bet to 580,000 in late position. Action folded back around to Black, who quickly got out of the way. Wysocki did not immediately follow suit as he mulled over his decision. Eventually he chose to fold, telling Kyosev "I know it is not a bluff" as the Bulgarian stacked the chips he had acquired without going to a flop.
Luis Dorneles raised to 80,000 in early position, and Abdullah Al-Shanti called in middle position. Jonathan Tamayo then three-bet to 350,000 in the cutoff, Dorneles moved all in for 800,000, and Al-Shanti folded. Tamayo, though, snap-called.

Tamayo had woken up with kings, leaving Dorneles at risk of elimination. The board ran out 2♥7♣J♥5♥8♠, and Dorneles found no help on his way to the payout desk.

Over on the side feature table, Jesse Lonis took a flip against a shorter-stacked John Reading with the latter at risk.
