Gaston Martinez and Andrew Swenson saw a flop of 8♥9♣2♣ when Swenson bet 200,000 from under the gun.

Martinez raised to 550,000 in the big blind and Swenson moved all in. Martinez snap-called for 1,750,000.

Swenson was ahead with his jacks, while Martinez was on a flush draw as he shot out of his seat and began pacing around the table.

Martinez didn't make his flush on the turn, but he did hit the K♦ to take the lead with a pair of kings. The river was the 3♦ and Martinez doubled up.

"Vamos," he yelled out as he returned to the table.

"You didn't have to be so greedy, my friend. Vamos for Messi," Swenson added, taking the bad beat with a smile still on his face.

Brian Kim moved all but 25,000 of his 465,000 stack into the middle from late position and Lonny Eisenberg moved all in for more in the cutoff. Kim called once the action was back on him to put himself at risk.

Eisenberg was ahead but could not hold on the 8♠4♣Q♥Q♠9♠ runout to lose a large portion of his stack as Kim earned a full double.

[Removed:496] opened to 100,000 first-to-act and was called by Marcelo Tadeu Aziz Junior inn the hijack and David Miscikowski in the big blind.

Action checked through on the 9♦3♥8♠ flop and it was checked to Aziz, who bet 115,000 on the A♥ turn.

Miscikowski quickly folded and Sopotnytskyi followed suit after a lengthy tank to send the pot Aziz's way.

Hiroki Nawa opened the cutoff to 100,000 and Michael Jagroo defended his big blind.

On the J♥2♣4♣ flop, Jagroo check-called a bet of 90,000 from Nawa.

Both the K♥ turn and 7♦ river were checked down where Jagroo tabled 6♦5♦ for six-high, and Nawa flipped the winner with Q♠4♠ for a pair of fours.

Francis Anderson opened to 100,000 from the cutoff and was called by John Ciccarelli who defended from the big blind.

Both of them checked all the way through a board of 7♥K♠Q♣10♦. But on the 5♦ river, Ciccarelli led out for 240,000.

Anderson chose to fold and to let the pot go in Ciccarelli's direction.

Three-handed on a flop of 10♦6♥2♥, David Prociak bet 175,000 from the hijack and Alexandru Brumaru called in the small blind, while Daniel Jones folded the big blind.

The turn was the 3♣ and Prociak bet another 360,000. Brumaru again called and the 6♣ fell on the river. Prociak then bet 455,000.

Brumaru took his time before calling as Prociak turned over K♣10♠ for top pair. Brumaru, though, had A♥10♥ and took the pot with his ace-kicker.

Folds to Foxen's Aces

David "Bakes" Baker opened to 100,000 from under the gun with K♣Q♥ and action folded around to Kavin Shah in the hijack who called with 9♠8♠. Kristen Foxen woke up with A♠A♣ in the small blind, and she raised to 400,000. Baker and Shah folded, giving Foxen an even bigger table lead.

Ho Lee opened to 100,000 on the button and Lonny Eisenberg defended in the big blind.

Eisenberg check-called a bet of 60,000 following the 10♦10♥A♥ flop.

Action checked through the 7♠ turn to the 6♣ river at which point Eisenberg moved all in for around 500,000. Lee did not take long to fold his hand to send some much needed chips over to Eisenberg.

Both players checked the 6♣Q♦J♠ flop. The turn was the 5♣ and Astedt led out for 800,000.

Kim quickly folded, and Astedt took the pot, building his stack up close to 8,000,000.
