Kenneth McMillan's dreams of a bracelet are still alive as he found a double through Nick Maimone in a battle of the blinds.

McMillan raised from the small blind for 1,000,000 and Maimone called.

The flop of 8♠4♦6♠ led to a bet from McMillan for 2,300,000. Maimone asked for it all and McMillan obliged as cards went on their back.

McMillan got his chips in with a flopped set while Maimone had a straight and flush draw.

Martin Nielsen got things started with a raise to 1,100,000 from under the gun. Action folded around to Matthew Allen in the cutoff, who had just 2,875,000 left in his stack, and he moved it all in. Nielsen double-checked the count before making the call, and the cards were revealed.

Allen was well ahead with his pair of queens, and the board ran out 3♠8♦6♣6♥7♦ clean for him. His queens held strong, earning him a much-needed double-up.

Before the flop Niko Mykkanen raised to 600,000 and WSOP gold bracelet winner Martin Nielsen called from the big blind.

A board of 2♠K♠6♣ had both players checking their option.

The 5♣ peeled off on the turn and Nielsen bet 1,000,000 which Mykkanen took a moment to make the call.

A river card of the J♣ had Nielsen check. Shortly after Mykkanen moved his chips into the pot for 3,800,000. Nielsen took a moment and said "I have to call" and threw his big chips in front of him.

Nielsen rivered a flush and picked off Mykkanen's river bluff. Mykkanen's deep run came to an end as he made his way to the payout cage to collect $10,815.

Every summer, a legend that the poker world hasn't seen in quite some time pops up at the World Series of Poker (WSOP). This year, that individual is Huck Seed, the 1996 world champion.

PokerNews caught up with the Poker Hall of Famer to find out why he's back in the game after nearly a decade away, and to see if he thinks he can hang with the new-school pros. Seed, prior to the interview, ran into and shared a wholesome embrace with his old pal and fellow poker legend Gus Hansen inside the Horseshoe Events Center. The two hadn't seen each other in a while.
