The flop came 73Q and Valdes checked. Gold bet 15,000 and Valdes called after a short moment of hesitation.

A turn card came bringing the 9 to the board, Valdes checked and Gold bet 35,000.

After a brief moment Valdes folded and Gold pitched his cards to the dealer.

"Nice bluff " Gold's neighbor commented as Gold raked in the chips quietly. Briefly after Valdes was eliminated from the tournament.

Sahakian's Heater Vaunts Him Up the Leaderboard

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Mateos Sahakian is enjoying a strong push up the chip counts as he has now amassed over 800,000 in chips.

The heater continued when Jonathan Mcgowan limped from early position leading to limps from Sahakian on the button and Yake Wu in the small blind.

Tim Seidensticker checked his option from the big blind leading to the flop of 7K7. Wu, Seidensticker, and Mcgowan checked to Sahakian who led out for 8,000 eliciting folds from the rest of the players in the hand.

The flop came 76J no help for Sande as Shi's pair of kings still held the lead going to the turn.

A turn card of the Q gave Shi a diamond flush draw.

With a 9 on the river, Shi said "Straight!" and another player at the table pointed out his ten-high flush. "Which hand do you wanna play?" the other player commented as Shi raked in the pot.

Irvin Continues to Build Big Stack Despite Setback Against Trevino
