Corel Theuma was loving his odds as he got it in with great equity preflop against Vrezh Oganisyan and Guoliang Wei, and was flipping to triple up.
Corel Theuma: 10♥9♥
Vrezh Oganisyan: A♣K♠
Guoliang Wei: A♦K♥
The 5♦8♦Q♥ flop didn't offer him too much hope. However, he became a lot more animated on the 7♦ turn as he became open-ended. Unfortunately, the 7♥ river sealed his fate.
"How did I whiff this? I had everything," Theuma lamented.
Oganisyan and Wei happily chopped up his chips between them.

David Jenkins opened for 3,500 and received an all-in shove from Daniel Chyu on the button. Teemu Karvonen, in the big blind, exclaims, "I've had enough of this," and shoved all-in after. With action back to him, Jenkins asked for a count of Chyu's stack, then went, "Only a hundred big blinds?" then folded his hand leaving the two gentlemen to head to showdown.
Teemu Karvonen: K♠10♥
Daniel Chyu: 7♠7♣
Once the hands were tabled, Jenkins stated that he had exactly the same hand as Karvonen, prompting a groan of frustration from him. Chyu's sevens held on the 3♦J♥9♥ flop. Brett Kennedy, who was also at the table said, "Show a heart for a sweat," But no heart came. Instead the runout went A♦J♣ sending Karvonen to the rails as Chyu scooped the pot.

Richard Dixon opened for 600 and Brad Owen, in the big blind, called.
The flop came 5♣5♦7♣ and Owen checked. Dixon continued with a 400 bet which Owen called. Both players tapped the table on the 2♦ turn.
On the river J♥, Owen decided to lead out with 700 but Dixon went beyond, making it 2,000. Owen called, then immediately mucked when he saw Dixon table 9♥5♥ for trips on the flop.

After taking his seat, Nick Palma wasted no time in using table talk to his advantage as he got into it with Vrezh Oganisyan.
Palma told Oganisyan, "I'm talking s*** to you because I wanna be in your head," after Oganisyan had complained about what Palma had to say.
He then let Oganisyan know that he was already in his head by saying, "You're gonna play 10% of your game now and I'm gonna play 100!"
So far, Palma has actions to back up his words, as he's taken an early chip lead over the table.

Shawn Stroke limped under the gun. Action folded around to the big blind Selim Oulmekki who checked his option.
Both players saw a 6♥3♠4♥ flop. Oulmekki led with 500 and Stroke called. The turn J♦ fell and Oulmekki kept the pressure with a 2,000 bet. Stroke once again called.
Unrelenting, Oulmekki fired 8,000 on the Q♣ river. Stroke responded with all-in shove for 27,000 sending Oulmekki to the tank. After a few seconds, Oulmekki called. Visibly frustrated, Oulmekki mucked his hand after seeing Stroke with 7♥5♥ which flopped a straight.
