Peters Hangs On

Level 10 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

David Peters seemed to have lost the majority of his stack earlier today as he shoved his last 102,000 in from the middle position after Jovan Kenjic had raised to 24,000 from under the gun. The action folded back to Kenjic who took some time, used a time bank and then called with the bigger stack.

David Peters: QQ All in
Jovan Kenjic: J9

The board ran out K4AK8 for Peters to hold with the queens for two pair and the double-up.

Lee's Aggression Takes it Down

Level 11 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Wai Kiat Lee opened under the gun to 25,000, and when action folded to Cherish Andrews in middle position, she put in a three-bet to 65,000.

Lee wanted to play for more and four-bet to 155,000. This was enough to shut Andrews down as she returned her cards to the dealer.

NOT LIKE THAT!

Level 11 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Martin Kabrhel raised in middle position, and when action folded to Michael Moncek, he moved all in for 151,000.
Kabrhel was the only player to call, and the players were off to a runout.

Michael Moncek: A7 All in
Martin Kabrhel: AJ

The flop came 75Q, prompting Kabrhel to exclaim his signature catchphrase, "Not like that!".

The runout was no help to Kabrhel, who asked his opponent to apologise when the board ran out A3. Moncek obliged, apologising as he pulled in the pot.

Lee Doubles Through Owen

Level 11 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Wai Kiat Lee in the big blind and Brad Owen in the hijack were heads up on a flop of 566. With 92,000 already in the pot, Owen bet 45,000, which Lee check-raised to 95,000.

Owen then put Lee all-in for 235,000, and Lee snap-called for his tournament life.

Brad Owen: QQ

Owen's ladies were outflopped by Lee. The 3 turn and 5 river did not upgrade Owen's hand, and he paid Lee his double-up.

Level 11 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Martin Kabrhel
Martin Kabrhel

Left short-stacked from a recent encounter, Martin Kabrhel raised to roughly 105,000, leaving a single 1,000 chip behind.
Richard Green moved all in from the big blind to commit Kabrhel's stack.

Kabrhel took a moment before putting his one remaining chip in the middle.

Martin Kabrhel: KJ All in
Richard Green: AJ

The flop came 2A8, and it didn't look good for Kabrhel.

Sure enough, the turn 6 and river K were no help, and Kabrhel headed to the exit.

Mass max late registration in a 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) event on Sunday forced tournament staff to redraw seats for the entire field on Day 2.

Event #26: $25,000 High Roller, not to be confused with the $25,000 High-Roller 6-Max that ended on Saturday, had 300 entries through Day 1. But registration remained open for one full level on the tournament's second session.

Pitavy Gets There to Bust Green

Level 11 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Richard Green made it 32,000 from the button before Emilien Pitavy jammed from the big blind for 440,000. Green had slighlty fewer chips than Pitavy, so the raise was for the remainder of his stack. After standing up and doing some inventory, Green called

Richard Green: A9 All in
Emilien Pitavy: A5

Pitavy was in rough shape as Green had the better kicker to go with his ace. The flop came down 78Q, helping neither player. The 6 turn provided Pitavy with a few extra outs, and the 4 river imprived him to a straight, Green hit the rail and Pitavy moved up to 840,000 in chips.
