Ryan Hicks raised all in for 55,000 in early position which saw Leandro Pimentel three-bet to 110,000 in the cutoff which Justin Liberto called on the button.

The flop rolled out A73 and Pimentel checked over to Liberto who bet 225,000. Pimentel moved all in for 765,000 and Liberto sat back in his chair. He contemplated his decision for a little bit before ultimately deciding to put in the chips to call.

One Card Too Many; A Hand is Dead

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

The Hand Before Break:

Joao Vieira raised and Leandro Pimentel pushed forward his short stack all in, committing himself. The blinds folded and when it came back to Vieira he declared a call but it was quickly evident when Pimentel turned his hand over that he had one too many cards with the AKJ852.

Vieira showed AK732 but before anything else could be done, the floor would be called. Action was held and the first floor called another floor over to clarify the ruling on this unique situation.

In the end, the floor ruled that Pimentel would sacrifice one big blind to the pot and his hand was declared dead. According to floor, the ruling would have been different if it hadn't been a raise for his tournament life with no action behind. If he had a bigger stack, it's most likely the ruling would have had him forfeit the entirety of his raise.

The table agreed that this was the best way to deal with an honest mistake and there were no complaints from any of the players at the table.

Sundar Gets Three Quarters; Schwind Backpedals

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Jason Adams raised to 45,000 in early position. Philip Tanner, Adithya Sundar, Paul Clotar, Kevin Ho, and David Schwind all made the call.

Six ways to a flop of 243, and Schwind pushed his chips forward, indicating a pot-sized bet of 301,000. When it folded to Sundar, he raised and pushed his remaining chips in the middle. Only Schwind called.

David Schwind: 66553 All in
Adithya Sundar: A6554

They had all the fives in play between the two of them, as they both flopped the nut straight, but Sundar's nut low secured him the lion's share of the pot when it rolled off the J and 4.
