Liu Walks as Pak Adds Some Chips

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Tian Liu bet 2,800 on a flop of 824 and Edward Pak raised to 12,500. Liu only had around 9,000 total and after a few seconds, put the rest of his chips in.

Tian Liu: J9 All in
Edward Pak: A8

Liu was short and needed to connect with one of his two overcards to stay alive. The Q on the turn did add a gutshot, but the K river was a brick, leaving Liu out the door and allowing Pak to add some extra chips to his stack.

Don't Get Comfy!

Level 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

No sooner had Dan Sepiol joined his new table, he was saying his goodbyes.

Sepiol called an under the gun raise to 2,400 as next to act. The small blind joined the party but Samuel Laskowitz in the big blind had other ideas, raising to 18,500. The under the gun player folded but Sepiol responded by sliding his 50,000 chips into the middle. When the small blind got out of the way, Laskowitz called the all in.

Dan Sepiol: 77 All in
Samuel Laskowitz: 99

Sepiol was at risk and a long way behind. No help was found on the 2Q548 board, and Laskowitz claimed the pot to add to his table chip lead.
