Plesuv Bubbles WSOP $50K High Roller

Level 15 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Pavel Plesuv

While all eyes were on the hand taking place between Martin Kabrhel and Sergey Lebedev, a massive pot was quietly brewing on the neighbouring table.

The action folded to chip leader Brock Wilson, who raised to 210,000 from the small blind. Pavel Plesuv, who returned from the dinner break sixth in chips, three-bet to 650,000 from the big blind. Wilson used up three time banks before calling.

The 884 flop checked through to the 5 turn. Wilson led out for 400,00 and Plusev called.

The 5 river completed, and Wilson went back into the tank, using two time banks before betting 2,000,000. Plusev had around 1,800,000 behind, and after around a minute of thinking time, he committed the rest of his stack.

Plusev let out a dejected sigh as he saw Wilson tabled 76, which was good for a straight. Plusev revealed he had called with KK before leaving the tournament area.

Martin Kabrhel Eliminated in 22nd Place ($102,395)

Level 15 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Martin Kabrhel
Martin Kabrhel

Martin Kabrhel opened to 120,000 in the cutoff and Dominykas Mikolaitis three-bet shoved all in from the small blind. Kabrhel used his entire 30 seconds and then some before calling off his stack of around 1,100,000.

Martin Kabrhel: KKAll in
Dominykas Mikolaitis: A10

The flop came KJ6 and Kabrhel flopped a set of kings to hold a big lead. However, the Q on the turn gave Mikolaitis a straight. The 3 on the river did not pair the board and Kabrhel was ousted in the blink of an eye.

Level 15 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Keyavash Hemyari was down to just 320,000 and ripped all in from middle position. Joao Vieira just called on the button and the blinds folded.

Keyavash Hemyari: 33All in
Joao Vieira: A10

The flop came 984 and Hemyari was still in the lead with his pair of threes. The K on the turn changed nothing but the A on the river sent Hemyari to the payout desk.

Christoph Vogelsang
Christoph Vogelsang

Christoph Vogelsang pushed all in for 390,000 in middle position and Chongxian Yang flat-called in the hijack. Brian Rast reshoved all in for 1,260,000 from the cutoff and the action folded back to Yang who asked for a count.

Despite Rast and the dealer announcing the count multiple times, Yang was still unsure of the amount and his 30 seconds was ticking down. David Chen was at the table and argued that Yang's clock should be restarted.

"You shouldn't say anything," Rast got firm with Chen. Yang eventually burned through two time banks and then folded.

Christoph Vogelsang: A10All in
Brian Rast: JJ

The board ran out Q84106 and the pair of tens for Vogelsang was not enough to overcome the pocket jacks of Rast.
