Five Hundred Dollar Five For Shade

Level 26 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Angela Shade got it all in preflop with a towering stack against Ashraf Dighwali, as the two went off to the races.

Ashraf Dighwali: A10 All in
Angela Shade: 55

The 1079 flop almost assured Dighwali's double up, and the K turn eliminated any straight possibilities for Shade. However, the dealer put out the brutal 5 river to send Dighwali home, and let Shade keep adding to her already monstrous stack, as well as picking up yet another $500 bounty chip.

Ivanov is Hanging On; Magsakay Busts

Level 26 : Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Action started when Timothy Callari jammed from an early position for his remaining 250,000. Lyudmil Ivanov called from the big blind and had only 75,000 behind.

Timothy Callari: A6All in
Lyudmil Ivanov: JQ

Callari was looking to hold and he was sitting comfortably after hitting trip Aces on the AA9Q7 runout. Ivanov was left with only 1.5 big blinds after the hand.

A few hands later, Ivanov jammed the button for 45,000 and Vamerdino Magsakay moved all in from the small blind.

Lyudmil Ivanov: A3All in
Vamerdino Magsakay: Q6

Aces were good this time for Ivanov as the flop came A6A, and the K, J turn and river secured him the double back.

This was the start of Magsakay's down turn as he was seen walking away from the table only a few hands later.

Zhang Takes Down Two

Level 27 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Jesse Yaginuma opened to 225,000 from middle position, leaving just 5,000 behind. Xinwen Zhang then shoved for 525,000 on the button, leaving Josue Aguirre Barrera with a difficult decision on a pay jump bubble. He took his time, and eventually another player at the table called the clock. With three seconds left, he pushed his 495,000 into the middle.

Zhang then flipped over her cards, as action went back on to Yaginuma, not knowing that he'd kept a chip in front of him. He then started tanking, and flicked in his remaining 5,000 after making a pay jump, despite knowing he was behind.

Jesse Yaginuma: A6 All in
Josue Aguirre Barrera: 1010 All in
Xinwen Zhang: KK

The flop was brutal for Yaginuma, who saw an ace in the window, flopped two pair, yet was still outflopped by Zhang when the board came down 6KA. The 8 left Aguirre Barrera drawing dead, and the J led Yaginuma to the same fate, while Zhang more than doubled up, and was also handed two bounty chips

Buckner Builds His Stack

Level 28 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Jeremie Toledano opened the action, raising to 225,000 from middle position. Brendan Buckner then shoved for 380,000 on the button, and Machado did the same for slightly less in the big. Toledano then made the call for only 165,000 more.

Manuel Machado: KQ All in
Brendan Buckner: 99 All in
Jeremie Toledano: K10

Buckner all but locked up the pot on the 593 flop, and the 8J runout confirmed his triple up, as well as a bounty pull, as Machado was sent home and Toledano's stack got damaged.

Level 28 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Jeff Halcomb: 82 All in

The board came KQ592, and Halcomb was eliminated from the tournament.
