Edengren Shoves on Siegel

Level 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Jordan Siegel raised to 75,000 on the button and Christopher Vitch and Magnus Edengren came along from the blinds.

The flop came J35 and Edengren bet 150,000. Siegel called, while Vitch got out of the way.

Edengren bet another 250,000 on the 8 turn and Siegel again called. The river was the 6 and Edengren moved all in for 600,000.

Siegel spent nearly five minutes in the tank before folding. "Did you want a call?" he asked Edengren.

"I don't know what you had," Edengren replied.

"I had a two-way hand," Siegel said.

On the J33 flop, Nedelcu checked to Soverel who bet 55,000. Nedelcu check-raised to 150,000, and Soverel called.

The 6 turn checked through to the 5 river which saw Nedelcu pot for 565,000, and Soverel laid it down after little consideration.

Brian Rast

Bruno Furth made it 75,000 from the cutoff and Brian Rast defended out of the big blind.

The flop came down 97Q and Rast check-called Furth's bet of 85,000.

When the 4 hit the turn, Rast thought for a few moments before betting 350,000 with roughly 100,000 behind. Furth jammed and Rast made the call to put himself at risk.

Brian Rast: J1043 All in
Bruno Furth: 8775

Furth was in the lead with his set, but Rast had straight and flush possibilities with one card to come. However, the 6 rolled off on the river to give Furth a straight, and Rast was out in 23rd place.

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Jordan Siegel raised to 75,000 in the hijack and Christopher Vitch three-bet to 260,000 in the cutoff. Siegel called and they went heads-up to the K65 flop.

Vitch then slid forward 580,000 and Siegel moved all in for 900,000. Vitch snap-called.

Jon Shoreman Eliminated in 24th Place ($24,515)

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Philip Sternheimer opened to 75,000 from middle position before Jon Shoreman jammed for 245,000 from the hijack, and Sternheimer called.

Jon Shoreman: AA74 All in
Philip Sternheimer: AK75

Shoreman had Sternheimer in horrendous shape on the Q53 flop with the best low draw and steel wheel draw. However, the K turn gave Sternheimer two pair and the J river bricked off for Shoreman as the table winced at the runout. Shoreman will have to settle for 24th after a deep run.
