Peter Kiem opened from middle position to 200,000 and got a single call from Chuanshu Chen, in the big blind.

They were taken to the 879 flop and Chen checked. Kiem bet 300,000 and Chen called.

The 3 was turned and players checked to the 3. No more bets were made and Chen was first to show KJ which was good enough to take the pot as Kiem mucked his hand.

Esposito Triples Up

Level 28 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

From middle position, David "ODB" Baker raised his action to 245,000. Carmino Argiero flatted, before big blind John Esposito counted out his stack, and announced, "Seven Fifty Five," as he shoved exactly that. Both other players called.

Action checked all the way through to the river, as the board read 68832. Due to a player being all in, all hands had to be shown. Argiero's A5 and Baker's J10 were no match for Esposito's QQ, as he chipped up massively.

Stephen Bierman Eliminated in 8th Place ($64,674)

Level 29 : 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante
Stephen Bierman
Stephen Bierman

Huge preflop action occurred as Stephen Bierman open shoved from the hijack, for 1,150,000. Small blind Ramana Epparla then flatted the shove, allowing Ron West to reshove his stack of 1,750,000 from the big blind. Once again, Epparla flatted.

Stephen Bierman: KQ All in
Ron West: JJ All in
Ramana Epparla: KQ

Despite being in great shape, West let his tablemates know that it had "been a pleasure to play with [them]". He wouldn't be saying goodbye just yet, however, as the J32 flop had him wheeling away in celebration. The 69 runout confirmed his safety, as he almost tripled up, and gave the table a huge pay jump.
