Matusow Hits the Rail

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Mike Matusow
Mike Matusow

Mike Matusow limped from middle position before Christopher Demaci raised to 11,000 from the cutoff. Joshua Biedak called on the button, and Matusow also called.

The dealer fanned out a flop of 99J and Matusow jammed for his last 27,500. Demaci and Biedak called.

With Matusow all-in, the 6 dropped on the turn. Demaci bet 40,000, which was enough to get Biedak to fold.

Demaci revealed AAJ97 for a flopped boat. Upon seeing Demaci's cards, Matusow said he had zero outs and mucked his cards as the 2 river completed the board. Matusow was out, and Demaci added more chips to his stack,
