Nahid Busts on the Stone-Bubble with Aces

Level 19 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Kareef Nahid has the unfortunate title of bubble boy in the $500 SALUTE to Warriors event when he battled with Mitchell Tsang.

Nahid and Tsang took a flop in a raised pot when the board ran 8x9x5x. Tsang checked, and Nahid fired a bet before Tsang jammed all in to put Nahid at risk. Nahid called holding AxAx and found out the bad news as Tsang held a flopped set with 9x9x.

The turn and river bricked to send Nahid to the rail and burst the money bubble. Each player is now guaranteed at least $1,000 for their efforts.

Kihyun Scoops; Tonigold Sent to the Cage

Level 19 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

A three-way hand broke out when Poong Kihyun jammed from early position. Jeannine Tonigold pushed in her last 44,000, and both were called by Timothy Shifflet, who had both players covered.

Poong Kihyun: KJAll in
Jeannine Tonigold: 75All in
Timothy Shifflet: 99

The A52 flop kept Shifflet's nines in the lead, but the K turn was a welcome sight for Kihyun, who hit one of his outs. The K river improved Kihyun to trips to seal the deal.
