The flop came 9♠7♠10♣ and Livschitz check-raised all in for 183,000 over Young's continuation-bet of 40,000.
Young had the covering stack and thought for a moment before tossing his cards into the muck.
It was a battle of two players in late position as Randy Levin in the cutoff and Malachy Hagan on the button got the chips in when Levin raised and faced an all-in from Hagan. Levin made the call and sent the players to a showdown, putting Hagan at risk.
