Decarolis Gets Paid with a Flush

Alfred Decarolis opened on the button and Jason Koon defended in the big blind.

Koon checked on the flop of 4♦J♠5♠ and Decarolis continued for 125,000. Koon called. Koon check-called again on the 2♠ turn as Decarolis sized up to 275,000.

Koon checked once more on the 6♦ river and Decarolis quickly moved all in for 885,000. Koon went deep in the tank and used several time banks before calling.

Decarolis showed the goods with Q♠9♠ for a queen-high flush and Koon sent his cards to the muck.
