Alex Foxen made it 60,000 from the hijack and Jeremy Ausmus defended his big blind.

Ausmus check-called a bet of 40,000 from Foxen on the A♦J♥6♣ flop.

Ausmus checked for a second time on the Q♠ turn, prompting Foxen to put out a second barrel of 150,000. Ausmus check-raised to 425,000, which resulted in a quick fold from Foxen.

Caleb Furth, known to most as Bruno, had already proven his chops on the felt before the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP). But he's taken his game to the next level this summer — or about three levels — and he might be just getting started.

The Las Vegas local won his first bracelet last year, a $265,361 score for taking down the $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better event, beating out 1,277 entrants. That victory was just the start of much bigger things to come.

Jaffe Makes the Right Call for Half

Christoph Vogelsang opened the button and Jonathan Jaffe defended his big blind.

On the 4♠4♥2♣ flop, Vogelsang continued for 55,000 before Jaffe raised to 150,000, and Vogelsang called.

Jaffe fired again on the 8♠ turn for 180,000 and Vogelsang stuck around.

Jaffe then elected to check on the 8♦ river. Vogelsang burned through two time banks before he fired for 600,000, leaving just 360,000 behind. After using a time bank of his own, Jaffe put in the call.

Koon Flops a Set

Barak Wisbrod opened to 60,000 in early position and was called by Kristen Foxen in the cutoff and Jason Koon in the big blind. The flop came Q♥8♦6♣ and the action checked to Foxen who bet 105,000. Koon just called and Wisbrod got out of the way.

The turn brought the 7♠ and Koon led out with a bet of 250,000 this time. Foxen called and the 5♦ completed the board. Koon checked this time and Foxen checked it back. Koon flipped over 6♠6♥ for a set of sixes and Foxen conceded the pot.

Alex Kulev made it 80,000 under the gun and Stephen Chidwick defended out of the big blind.

Chidwick checked the 7♠3♣6♥ flop, and Kulev bet 165,000. Chidwick carved out the call.

Chidwick led out for 85,000 upon seeing the 4♠ appear on the turn. Kulev called.

A few moments after the 9♣ river, Chidwick overbet for 1,100,000. Kulev mulled it over for roughly thirty seconds before opting to fold, and surrender the pot to Chidwick.

Eibinger Can't Bluff Foxen

Santhosh Suvarna opened to 800,000 from the hijack and Matthias Eibinger called on the button as Alex Foxen defended his big blind.

The flop of Q♣8♥5♣ checked through and so did the 9♠ turn. Foxen and Suvarna checked again on the 10♦ river and Eibinger bet 200,000. Foxen called and Suvarna folded.

Eibinger showed A♠2♠ for ace-high, but it was no good against the top pair of Foxen with Q♦2♦.

Foxen Pays Off Decarolis

Alfred Decarolis limped from under the gun. The action folded all the way to Kristen Foxen in the big blind who checked.

The 10♥8♦5♣ flop checked through to the 8♣ turn which saw Foxen lead for 75,000. Decarolis put in the call after some deliberation.

Foxen slowed down with a check on the J♦ river before Decarolis instantly tossed out a bet of 250,000. Foxen did not take long before she put in the call and got the bad news as Decarolis showed Q♦J♠ for a rivered top pair to leave Foxen short.
